Under the Article 14 of the Constitution of the Republic of Slovenia, everybody is entitled to equal human rights and fundamental freedoms irrespective of national origin, race, sex, language, religion, political, or other conviction, material standing, birth, education, social status, disability, or any other personal circumstance. The respect of the fundamental rights of an individual is in the focus of our work in every case. In pursuing these rights, we also represent our clients in front of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Slovenia and by the European Court of Human Rights.
